Design and pre-assembly
Our designers turn visualisations into technical drawings in imos CAD, including modular and non-standard pieces with metal and glass. Orders we design are pre-assembled in the factory, which adds a quality check and shortens the project.
Cutting and drilling
Panels are cut on a Homag SAWTEQ B-300 with intelliGuide for accuracy and short cycle times, and drilled on a Homag DRILLTEQ V-200. Both run series and single pieces without re-setup.
Edge banding
A Homag EDGETEQ S-500 with airTec zero-joint technology and PUR glue gives seamless, moisture-resistant edges with capacity for 179 km of edging a month.
CNC machining
A Homag CENTATEQ P-110 with automatic tool measurement mills fronts, grooves and cut-outs for appliances, sinks, recessed handles and mechanisms.
Pressing and veneering
The hydraulic press handles non-standard panel sizes and HPL or veneer on MDF, particle board and plywood in any thickness.
